Appellant, a corporation, filed its bill in the chancery court of Leflore county, ag’ainst appellee Greenwood Agency Company, a corporation, and others, to enjoin the appellees from foreclosing, in pais, a mortgage which had, theretofore, been executed to secure an indebtedness due by it to appellee Greenwood Agency Company, upon the ground that, on an accounting between the parties, it would be shown that appellee the Greenwood Agency Company had in its possession, belonging to appellant, certain funds, which would extinguish the mortgage…
