¶ 1. Community Bank filed suit against Donna Stuckey, alleging that she had defaulted on a loan for a cattle operation run by Donna and her husband, Mike. Donna alleged that her signature was forged on this cattle-business loan and on documents related to several other cattle-business loans as well.
