Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the respondent Commissioner of the New York State Department of Health, dated February 16, 1988, which, after a hearing, sustained certain disciplinary charges against the petitioner, assessed a civil penalty of $1,000, and suspended his license to practice funeral directing for 24 months with 18 months deferred.

Adjudged that the determination is confirmed and the proceeding is dismissed on the merits, with costs.
