This, is a suit by Charles L. Brom-berg, Jr., Admr. etc., against the appellant Railroad Company, to recover damages for the negligent killing of Arthur Robbins, on the 19th day of December, 1900. The- deceased was a brakeman, and as such, was at the time of his injury in the employment of the defendant *273company, and was killed wliile in the act of coupling two cars together in the discharge of his duties as brakeman.
