Kwame Banks appeals his conviction and sentence of one count of Burglary in the First Degree, a class B felony, one count of Attempted Forcible Sodomy, also a class B felony, and one count of Sexual Conduct in the Second Degree, a class B misdemeanor. He claims that the trial court erred by refusing to accept his guilty plea to the misdemeanor charge and by refusing to permit him to display his genitals to the jury.
