The plaintiffs, Sheila Anolik (individually and in her capacity as general partner of the Anolik Family Limited Partnership), Wendy Anolik, and Jeffrey Anolik appeal from the Superior Court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of the defendants, the Zoning Board of Review of the City of Newport (zoning board or board) and the members of that board.
