Affirming.

This suit was brought by some taxpayers living in tbe Providence Graded Common School District against the trustees of the graded school in the district to enjoin the issual of bonds authorized to be issued by a vote of the people in the district for the purpose of providing grounds, building and apparatus for the purpose of maintaining a school. The election was held on Saturday, March 18, 1916, and 477 votes were cast at the election, 343 being in favor of the bond issue and 134 against it.
