PRITCHARD, Judge.

Respondent, Virgil Bennett, was charged in the Municipal Court of Kansas City, Missouri, of the offense of operating a motor vehicle while his driver’s license was suspended. On January 3, 1980, he entered a pro se plea of guilty to the charge and was sentenced to 30 days incarceration at the Municipal Corr'Xitional Institute.
