BRETT, Presiding Judge.

Plaintiff in error, William Thomas Fields, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was convicted on April 23, 1968, of the crime of carrying a concealed weapon after former conviction of a felony and his punishment fixed at ten years imprisonment by a jury verdict in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, Case No. 34143. Judgment and sentence was imposed on May 3, 1968, in accord with the jury’s verdict and this appeal has been perfected therefrom.
