A jury convicted the defendant, Kenton W. Feyenord, of trafficking between one hundred and 200 grams of cocaine in violation of G. L. c. 94C, § 32E (b) (3). A divided *73panel of the Appeals Court affirmed the conviction. Commonwealth v. Feyenord, 62 Mass. App. Ct. 200 (2004).
