In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Aliotta, J.), dated February 10, 2009, which, upon a jury verdict on the issue of liability in favor of the defendants and upon the denial of.the plaintiffs application pursuant to CPLR 4404 (a) to set aside the verdict as against the weight of the evidence and as inconsistent, is in favor of the defendants and against her, dismissing the complaint.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs.
