Tbis suit was brought and tried in one of the district courts of Harris county, wherein the defendant in error was plaintiff and the plaintiffs in error, here, with others, were made defendants. 'Upon a trial, judgment was rendered in favor of the defendant in error against all the defendants. It involves the title to 500 acres of land, a part of the Ezekiel Thomas Deague Survey, and the action was in the form of trespass to try title.
