OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS’ MOTIONS TO DISMISS

LAWSON, District Judge.

The plaintiffs, all employees or former employees of defendant General Motors Corporation’s “Flint East” plant and members of the United Auto Workers’s Local 651 (the “Union”), filed a complaint alleging a violation of a collective bargaining agreement and breach of the Union’s duty of fair representation, and they seek an adjustment of their seniority status.
