Riverstone Development Co., Inc. (“Riv-erstone Development”), sued Garrett & Associates Appraisals, Inc. (“G & A Appraisals”), in the Madison Circuit Court, asserting negligence, wantonness, and conspiracy claims stemming from a July 2010 appraisal G & A Appraisals conducted on waterfront property Riverstone Development owned on Lake Guntersville.
