The plaintiffs, judgment creditors of the commercial firm of Theus & Armistead, seek to enjoin the execution of the judgment against the firm, recovered by T. R. Armistead. The petition avers there was no basis for the judgment; that it was confessed by one of the firm; intended to cover the property of the debtors from the pursuit of their creditors, and the prayer is for the injunction, and that the judgment be decreed void.
