MEMORANDUM OPINION
LAMBERTH, District Judge.
This ease comes before this court on plaintiffs’ application for attorney’s fees and costs under the District of Columbia’s Human Rights Act, 2 D.C.C. §§ 1-2501 et seq. (“DCHRA”), 1 and defendant’s motion for an evidentiary hearing.
On June 13, 1994, this court ordered the parties to submit briefs on attorney’s fees, 862 F.Supp. 490. Plaintiffs submitted a petition for $630,764.00 in attorney’s fees and costs 2 .
