Upon this record two questions are presented for our consideration: First, did appellee, by the statutory proceedings set forth in the statement preceding this opinion, acquire the title to lot 11? Second, if appellee did not so acquire title by such proceedings, did he become entitled thereby to any equitable rights of contribution or subrogation against lot 11? The court below by its decree answered the first question in the negative, and the second question in the affirmative.
