KRUCKER, Chief Judge.
This is an appeal from sentence entered upon appellant’s plea of guilty to the charge of grand theft. Appellant contends that the sentence is invalid in that it is indeterminate and that it constitutes cruel and unusual punishment because its duration is unduly long in view of the crime charged.
Appellant pleaded guilty to the charge of grand theft and was sentenced to a term of imprisonment for not less than nine years nor more than nine years and eleven months. At the time this sentence was entered, appellant was free on bond, pending appeal to the Arizona Supreme Court,…
