Isabella Warner, widow of John Warner, late of the city of Clinton, DeWitt county, deceased, filed her bill in the circuit court of that county for the purpose of setting aside a certain ante-nuptial agreement alleged to have been entered into between the complainant and said John Warner on the 29th day of May, 1874.
