Defendant, Daniel L. Devorss, appeals the district court's order revoking his probation. We affirm.

I. Background and Procedural History

On September 25, 1998, the prosecution charged defendant with one count of sexual assault on a child, one count of sexual assault on a child by one in a position of trust, and one count of sexual assault on a child-pattern of sexual abuse, based upon allegations that defendant sexually assaulted his girlfriend's young daughter.
