This is an appeal from a judgment entered upon the verdict of a jury in favor of the plaintiffs (appellees), against Ed Luther, as Administrator of the Estate of L. G. Hafner, deceased, in a personal injury and property damage action arising out of an automobile accident which occurred on August 18, 1955, in Pierce *919County, Nebraska, at about one o’clock in the afternoon, when the Dodge automobile of L.
