In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from (1) a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Lama, J.), entered April 15, 1988, which, upon a jury verdict, is in favor of the defendant and against them dismissing the com*580plaint, and (2) an order of the same court, dated April 28, 1988, which denied the plaintiffs’ motion to set aside the jury verdict.

Ordered that the judgment and the order are affirmed, with one bill of costs payable to the defendant by the appellants.
