We consider in this case whether a disciplinary decision and report (report) of the superintendent of Wake-field public schools (superintendent) regarding the performance of a Wakefield public school teacher is exempt from disclosure under the public records law, G. L. c. 66, § 10,2 pursuant to *793G. L. c. 4, § 7, Twenty-sixth (c).3 We hold that the report, which resulted in the teacher’s four-week suspension, constitutes part of the teacher’s “personnel . . . file[ ] or information,” and is exempt from disclosure.
