This is a suit in equity, in the nature of a creditors’ bill, for an accounting and to enforce the statutory liability of the appellants herein for alleged violations of the incorporation laws of this state. The case was brought on behalf of all the creditors of the defendant Security Investment Company. The case was once here on appeal from an order overruling a demurrer to the complaint. Aaron et al v.
