Appellant filed a petition to confirm his title to the east half, northwest quarter, section 18, township 3 south, range 10 west. The statutory notice of the filing of the petition was published, proof of which was made an exhibit to the petition. The proceeding ceased to be ex parte and became adversary, when a summons was served on Lena Vaughn Buckner, who filed an answer and cross-complaint. These pleadings, with the answer to the cross-complaint, contain allegations which we think are extraneous, and confuse the issues upon which the case must be decided.
