Primus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. appeals from a jury verdict and judgment finding in favor of Ralph Glovier in his suit claiming that Primus agreed to provide $200,000 in benefits to his estate on his death, payable out of a life insurance policy procured by Primus. Appellee Glovier initiated plans to start Primus as a company selling prescription drugs, and he served as president of the company.
