Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered February 21, 1975, convicting him of felony murder, two counts of robbery in the first degree, two counts of attempted robbery in the first degree and possession of weapons, etc., as a misdemeanor, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment reversed, on the law and as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, and new trial ordered.
