Appellees, relators in the name of the People, through the State’s Attorney, presented their information to the circuit court of Champaign county, charging that appellant had usurped the offices of general manager and president of the Rialto Theater Company, a corporation organized on the 10th day of February, A. D. 1922, and praying a writ of quo warranto. The pleadings are profuse and judgment of ouster was entered upon them.
