Reversing.

A writing purporting to be the last will and testament Of Susan M. Young, a colored woman, of Louisville, who died on the 17th day of May, 1923, is the subject of this controversy. It was admitted to probate by the Jefferson county court, and the Louisville Trust Company named as executor, duly qualified as such and undertook the discharge of its duties.
