The facts of this case, as appear in the petition for injunction herein filed, have been substantially set forth in the original opinion of this court. It is not necessary to restate them, except to observe the additional fact alleged in the petition and reiterated in appellant’s application for rehearing, to the effect that the adoption of the ordinance sought to be enjoined would result in a contract with the Vazoo & Mississippi Valley Railroad Company.
