— This is a bill in equity filed by the complainants as members of a church incorporated by the commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by the name of “The Associate Congregation in the City of Philadelphia.” The complainants are members of the church, and the defend*232ants are the trustees of the corporation, certain ruling elders of the congregation, the Rev.
