Among the other questions presented on this appeal, we are called upon to consider the res judicata effect of a prior decision of this Court that has since been overruled legislatively. This appeal follows the consolidation of plaintiffs’ two actions seeking compensation for personal injury and property damage allegedly caused by contamination of plaintiffs’ home by a "spill” of heating oil delivered to their neighbor.
