Affirming.

• A. Y. Rutland was convicted in the Christian Circuit Court of the common law offense of conspiring to cause another to be falsely accused of a crime for the purpose of extorting money. The jury found him guilty and fixed his punishment at a fine of three hundred and fifty-eight dollars; and from the judgment entered upon the verdict he appeals.
