NORRIS, Judge.
On June 17, 1986, pursuant to LSA-R.S. 33:4761 et seq., the City Council of the City of Bossier City [Council] ordered that the structures on a certain piece of property be demolished or removed. The owner of the property, Automated Building Corporation [ABC], appealed this order to the district court. The district court de novo trial lasted for five days. After the trial counsel for ABC first raised the issue of whether the Council had given proper notice of its hearing to the owner of the property, pursuant to R.S. 33:4762.
