ORDER
CLARKE, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on the motion of Plaintiff, Marex Titanic, Inc. (“Marex”), for reconsideration of the Court’s Vacatur of Plaintiff’s Voluntary Dismissal. For the reasons stated below, the motion is DENIED.
FACTS
On August 7, 1992, Marex filed a complaint with the Court asking for possessory and ownership claims, salvage claims and claims for injunctive relief of the defendant, the abandoned wreck, the RMS Titanic (“Titanic”).
