Sofo v. B. R. Baker Co.

This cause comes into this court on error from the municipal court of the city of Cleveland, wherein a judgment was rendered for the defendant below, the defendant in error here, the B. R. Baker Company. An examination of the pleadings and record shows that the action is one for the recovery of damages for personal injuries by reason of the alleged willful acts of the defendant.
