United States Hoffman MacHinery Corp. v. Harris

This appeal is from an order of Hon. T. S. Sease, Circuit Judge presiding in the Court of Common Pleas for Spartan-burg County, which directed a verdict in favor of the defendant, who is the respondent here. The following narrative gives the pertinent history of the occurrences out of which the litigation arose:
