*1289Appeal from a judgment of the Erie County Court (Kenneth F. Case, J.), rendered October 15, 2013. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of burglary in the first degree and predatory sexual assault (two counts) and, upon a plea of guilty, of aggravated harassment in the second degree (six counts).

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed.
