The issue is whether the cause of action of the plaintiff is barred by Nebraska’s statute of limitations, § 25-207 Nebraska R.R.S.1943.

On April 15, 1970, the plaintiff filed a complaint alleging that he, a resident of Nebraska, received personal injuries and property damage from a collision on or about April 17, 1966, in Lincoln County, Nebraska, between an automobile being driven by him and a vehicle being driven by the defendant Agnes Rojas, a resident of California.
