OPINION

WILKINSON, Chief Judge:

Lynne Barrett sued her employer, the Applied Radiant Energy Corporation (ARECO), for sexual harassment under Title VII as well as for violations of state law. The district court dismissed Barrett’s state law claims on summary judgment. After a two day trial, the jury found for Barrett on the Title VII claim.
