Plaintiffs bring this action in equity court to compel specific performance of a written agreement executed by plaintiff Rogalsky and defendants on the 19tb day of June, 1947, whereby Rogalsky agreed to purchase and defendants agreed to sell and convey to him certain therein briefly described farm lands consisting of about 223 acres with two houses and outbuildings. The purchase price was $21,000, of which amount $2,000 was paid to the defendants upon the execution of the agreement.
