Clifton H. Taylor brought suit against Mark Singleton Buick, Inc. for alleged breach of warranty arising from a lease agreement for a motor vehicle. We granted Singleton Buick’s application for inter*631locutory appeal from the trial court’s denial of its motion for summary judgment or partial summary judgment.
