OPINION REGARDING THE DEBTOR’S MOTION TO VOLUNTARILY DISMISS THIS BANKRUPTCY CASE

I. Introduction
This case is before the Court on the motion by the Debtor to voluntarily dismiss this Chapter 7 bankruptcy ease, filed roughly 18 months after the Debtor voluntarily commenced the case. (Docket # 196, the “Motion”). The Motion is based on 11 U.S.C. §§ 707(a) (dismissal “for cause”) and 305(a)(1) (dismissal of case *399because “the interests of creditors and the debtor would be better served by such dismissal”).
