OPINION ON MOTION FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT
JUDITH H. WIZMUR, Bankruptcy Judge.
Plaintiff moves here for the entry of a default judgment against the debtor defendant who is proceeding pro se. Plaintiffs complaint seeks to deny the debtor’s discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(2), (a)(3) and (a)(5). When the debtor failed to respond to the complaint, default was entered against him on March 19, 2001. Plaintiff now seeks the entry of a default judgment, denying the debtor his discharge and awarding attorneys’ fees and costs to the plaintiff.
