DYER, District Judge.
This is a suit brought in the District Court of the United States for the District of Nebraska, by defendant in error as trustee of the estate of Henry Herold, bankrupt, against plaintiffs in error .and the First National Bank of Plattsmouth, Neb., seeking to recover an alleged preference under the bankrupt law. This case was tried before a jury. The trial court directed a verdict in favor of the defendant First National Bank of Plattsmouth, Neb., and the jury returned a verdict in favor of the defendant in error and against plaintiffs in error in the sum of $3,202.24,…
