— Plaintiffs seek to enjoin the defendants from causing water to flow from the latter’s land in a claimed greater volume upon plaintiffs’ land than before the installation of a tile-drain system on the defendants’ land. The trial court held there was no increase of the flow of water from the defendants’ farm onto the plaintiffs’ land and dismissed plaintiffs’ petition. It entered judgment against the plaintiffs for two thirds of the'costs and assessed one third of the costs to the defendants.
