In a supplementary proceeding against the appellant as a third party indebted to one of the judgment debtors, order as resettled, made under section 792 of the Civil Practice Act, directing the appellant to turn over to the respondent certain moneys on deposit with it, standing to the credit of the said judgment debtor in this proceeding, reversed upon the law, without costs, and motion denied, without costs, with leave to the respondent to renew such motion upon proof of compliance with section 792 of the Civil Practice Act.
