MEMORANDUM OPINION

On June 11, 1996, Nicholas Ligear Shelby and Barbara Jeanne Shelby filed their joint petition for relief under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. The United States Trustee appointed Bruce E. Strauss as Interim Trustee. In their original Schedule B the Shelbys listed 35 separate items in the category household goods and furnishings, although some of the items, for example the Cookware & Pots, Dishes and Glasses and Electric Appliances, were listed collectively.
