John L. Jackson died in the county of Coryell, state of Texas, on or about April 9, 1919. On February 18, 1926, S. Adelaide Jackson filed in the superior court of Los Angeles, Cal., an application for the probate of a certain document alleged by her to be the last will and testament of John L.
