MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This case involves a claim for breach of contract and quantum meruit brought by Plaintiff Fulcrum Financial Advisors, Ltd. (“Plaintiff’ or “Fulcrum”) against Defendant BCI Aircraft Leasing, Inc., (“Defendant” or “BCI”), arising out of a contract to acquire aircraft refinancing for Defendant. The Court conducted a bench trial on January 10-11, 2005.
